Baby Hawkins is a....

BOY!!!!!!!!!!
That's right...we will be adding a 3rd boy to our clan in April! I guess that makes Ellie the little princess of the bunch!
Shelby and Josh had us, along with more family and friends, over last weekend for a Gender Reveal Party. The little secret was hidden away in this box...
and once everyone arrived at the party, these two were the best little helpers with opening the big box!
 Out popped the blue balloons!!!!
I am so excited to be an aunt to my very own sister's baby, and our kids cannot wait for this sweet baby's arrival!
Ellie was a little confused when we got to the party and asked, "Where's the baby?????" Sweet thing thought she was getting to meet the baby, and I can see how that might have been a little confusing to her.
This little guy will just be a little more than a year older than Baby H so I hope they will be best buds!
I just had to share my attempts at getting a decent picture of the three of them. It just isn't possible I have decided. If one is smiling, the other two aren't, and if two are smiling, the other one isn't! For the love!!!!!

We had a great night with everyone and now it's time to buy some more BLUE!!!! I have already given She She all of my baby boy stuff...happy to pass on since we will no longer need any of it!!

Earlier that day we had a sweet little visitor stop by...
These two crack me up when they are together. They are non stop! Anna Kate and I looked over at one point, and Ellie was teaching Katherine how to do a cartwheel! It was hysterical to watch!
The visit was just too short...wishing we got to see these girls much more often!

Fall Festivals and Halloween!

Busy would be an absolute understatement to describe the last 2 weeks...insanity seems to sum it up a lot better! Between Ellie's activities and everything else we have had going on with fall festivals and Halloween, it has absolutely been insane. We started with Ellie's class party. I volunteered to help with their little festival at school, and it was adorable! She loved having me there to help, and it was so much fun!
Ellie pinning the nose on the pumpkin!
Calli Ann and Ellie...these two are inseparable. They absolutely love each other and love being neighbors!
 Kate, Calli Ann, and Ellie...
 The mamas and the girls...

Next up was the fall festival at our church...
Simmy got all dressed up in his cow costume for the occasion!
Sweet friends, Stirling and Bradley with E...
We could not keep these two off of the  bouncy slides. They are obsessed! Look at Greer closing his eyes!

 It's supposed to be a tractor...uhmmm, ok...but he didn't care!

Then a few days later, we had Greer's class Halloween party!
My little farmer happy as can be sipping on that juice...
Sissy got to join in on the party fun too...
and she could not have been happier to see her buddy Turner. She loves some Turner!

Then, on Halloween, we went to Ellie's school to watch her class in their costume parade.
 They all looked so cute!

This little guy wasn't too happy about not being able to join in on the parade and go back to Sissy's classroom. He loves getting to go to Sissy's big school and play in her classroom.
Then, it was showtime! Time to get dressed up for the umpteenth time and head out for some trick or treating fun! Here they are...Ariel, our baby cow, and Farmer G...
 Farmer G and his cow...
We got together with some friends for some dinner and fun before heading out to trick or treat. Ellie with her buddy William...
This little guy doing his own thing as usual...
Poor Sims could barely see out of that headpiece!
William and the girls. This crew is all in school together, except Ava on the far left, who is William's younger sister.
This little guy was a trooper and hung out in the wagon while the two bigs got their candy!

And after a bit he was done with the wagon and ready for Mama to carry him around for miles and miles and miles...or so it seemed...
After we got home, he stole some candy from his big brother and sister's pumpkin while they took a bath!
He's thinking, "they'll never know it's missing, right?!"
Now for everything leading up to Thanksgiving and then Christmas! More fun to come like feasts, parties, programs, etc etc! The craziness never ends!

Fall in a Nutshell

She She made a big announcement a few months ago...she and Josh are having a baby and due April 6th!!! Ellie and Greer (and Sims if he understood) are thrilled to have another cousin! We will find out in a few days what they are having, and I will be sure to report back!

A few weeks ago we celebrated She She's birthday at Mikata!

And we have been doing a lot of tailgating this fall. Our team hasn't been all that great to cheer for, but we have still enjoyed tailgating with our new group this year! The kids have absolutely loved it! Lollie and Poppy came up for a game, and Lollie bought the kiddos a treat at the bookstore. Greer picked out an Auburn MACK truck and played with it for hours!

Simmy has been a complete angel baby being dragged around for the games!

Ellie and Blair...
We love Lollie visits!
Just hangin...what he does best!
Be back soon with Halloween updates!
