18 Months

 It just can't be! 1.5 years old!  This sweet thing is not a baby any more and is definitely turning into a little boy right before our very eyes.

Look how grown he is! 

And this pretty much sums him up lately...cars, trucks, airplanes, tractors, in hand at ALL times!  He is definitely a true boy.

Greer, you are one amazing little guy, and we all love you soooo much.  You are soon going to be our "middle child," but don't worry, Mama will make sure to see to it that you are always amazingly special!  Now that you have hit 18 months, your vocabulary has really blossomed.  You amaze me with things that you know and understand.  When I actually take the time to sit down with you and read a book and ask you where things are on the page, you point to them!  You are repeating a lot of what we say now and know several words on your own.  You call Ellie "Sissy," and I don't even know if you know her real name, and you walk around the house saying "Mama" all day long.  You want to know where I am and what I am doing at all times.  You are enjoying school for the most part.  You still break Mama's heart with the poked-out lip each day that I drop you off, but I know that you are fine right after I leave.  You have started "fighting back" with your sister and taking up for yourself these days!  You still sleep every night with your Little Giraffe blankie (just like Sissy) and paci.  You are still such a cuddler, and we all love that!  And you just have the sweetest little personality that makes me want to eat you up!  We all love and adore you so much!!  Happy 18 months to our Geer Beer!
